Privacy Policy

What we collect. Account details (name, email), event content you create, and registration details attendees provide. Basic analytics (page visits, traffic source) per event.

Your contacts. Rokey never uploads, syncs or reads your address book — you choose each person who gets invited. The addresses you type or pick are sent to Rokey, which delivers the invite and keeps that address with the event so you can see who opened theirs. They are not used for anything else, and can be removed on request — see Your rights below.

Payments. Card and UPI details go directly to Razorpay. Rokey never sees or stores raw payment credentials.

Sharing. We share data with processors (hosting, email, SMS, payments) as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies. Rokey sets only cookies it needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a CSRF token that protects the forms you submit. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use a third-party analytics script. Per-event visit counts are recorded on our own server and are not tied to a cookie. Clearing or blocking cookies signs you out; everything a guest does — viewing an event, RSVPing, paying — works without an account and without a login cookie.
